Signum Starter Motor

When i turn the key im just getting the click sound, tried jumping it but nothing been told its the starter motor, anyone replaced one themselves and can you tell me where it is please. really need to get it sorted asap.

Also is £67+vat cheap for a starter motor?

I did the one on my Dti not sure if it's the same but it was a pain in the arse it was at back of engine on right.I did it on a ramp and it still was a pain mainly due to the bracket on starter as it's right under turbo and loom gets in way.

Let us know what engine and I will check Haynes manual for you

what engine have you got,only done the 20Dti.it's a fair job involves removing exhaust.
the three bolts are renowned for braking if you are not carefull

I didn't remove exhaust for mine done it from the top of engine getting it in and out was fine it was just the torx nuts for bracket that were a pain.
