Looks like it's the same as this setup which I did before going Parrot.

Limitation is that you have to control the iPod/phone directly on the iPod and it is still piped through the radio so can still be susceptible to interference. Nowhere near as bad as an FM transmitter but it still happens. If you want to change the frequency it modulates on you would need access to the control box.
Eventually binned it and now have Parrot Mki9200 which has control from the remote, iPod stashed away in the glovebox and does bluetooth phone as well.
