    Default Suspension probs i fear

    Well the bad roads and weather have finally done some damage to the vec. Knew my bushes were on the way out but now getting a clunking knocking noise when going slowly over bumps. Off to kwik fit on sat methinks. (bro in law is a branch manager so can check without screwing me over}

    Because they have targets to meet, and they know they can keep ripping people off and get away with it. Simples.

    Will update when i find anything out.

    Re Kwik Fit ripping people off, they will have their targets and their prices guidlines to abide by but its not something i would get into a debate over.

    In the past i have been told i needed stuff doing to my car in branches and have thought 'your having a laugh' but in other occasions i have had a second opinion and found the advice and prices were reasonable.

    I know whenever i have been in bro in laws depot waiting on my car i have seen him and the guys there go out of their way to help folk and in many cases telling people better options to save them money. Theres good and bad everywhere and tbh most garages when you take a car in if they could would tell you something was worse than it was or needs fixed sooner than it does.
    They are in the business of making money at the end of the day.

    It's common knowledge garages try it on especially kwik fit. If people are that thick they go in to get a tyre plugged and come away with 4 new tyres an exhaust and pads and discs all round them they shouldn't be allowed out the house.

    most likely anti roll bar bushes and drop links, I say both as to change the anti roll bar you have to disconnect the drop links ... and they normaly fall apart when you do that :-)
