    Question flicking hids

    fitted my kit with the cancellers to my 2003 no getting this flicking effect when the engine is running but fine when the engine is switched off, is there a fix for this or are my cancellers duff and cheap. thanks.

    it shouldnt be the cancelers, they are there to fool your cars comp that there isnt a bulb blew

    It will be the ballasts which are used to start bulbs, might sound stupid, but have you tried swapping ballasts over?

    what would swapping them over do as both sides are flicking cheers.

    they might fit better on opposite sides

    also takes 2 mins to do, and what have you got to lose?

    OK ill give that a try in the morning but if its the same wheres the best place to get another kit from 55w 6000k.

    I got my 55w 8k from HIDs direct, no issues

    Just out of interest where are yours from?

    ebay cheap china **** not the slim ballasts either

    Might be down to them being cheap TBH

    My balasts arnt too small like, but easily stowed away
