there trained to drive to the prevailing weather conditions = they shouldnt be driving at any speed greater than anyone else in snow and ice as even with training you can still easily come unstuck and most of the cars are loaded heavier in the boot with all of the kit that they carry - once a car starts to fishtail its very difficult to correct - not disimilar to a tankslapper on a motorcyle
