Just wondering really if anyone has done one of these before? Me and a few mates are thinking of doing the home to Rome one this coming July. Looks a right laugh.

Did this on a less grand scale when I was about 18 with a load of mates, we bought 3 minis and did an italian job (not the robbery). We went to Rome and back in 8 days and ended up leaving one of the mini's in France when it died.

Only had about £80.00 to my name but managed to have one of the greatest weeks ever. DO IT!

i did monaco and back in three days in spetember for a charity event very good fun we had to buy a car for under £500 and then the proceeds of its sale went to the charity as well ......we bought a 7 seater kia Carnival (sedona over here) left hooker auto for £250 and made it look like a zebra

it sold at auction for a gobsmaking £1250 500% increase in price !
