The earliest you can get in is 7am, the latest is 9am. Have your car pass clearly displayed in your windscreen and the marshalls will direct you to the approximate location of the stand.

The entry roads get queued up by 6- 6.30 so expect to queue for a while. Its 3 times the size of PVS for those that havent been, so a lot of cars to get in.

All litter must be cleared off the stand when leaving. Any litter that the organisers have to clear up will get invoiced to the club, so before you leave and drive off, have a look around your car area and pickup any litter there is. If everyone does their bit it wont be dumped on one or two people left at the end.

No commercial traders are allowed on the stand although handing out club leaflets or selling memberships (if we did that sort of thing) are allowed.

Thats about it really. I think everyone on the list has done at least one show with us this year so you all know the score with being patient while the stand is organised. (dont clean yoru wheels /tyres until very last in case you have to move)

I did see an official walking round making a note of stands with half the cars left so im assuming this is used to dtermine who gets the best spots the following year. So please try and stay as long as 4pm.

I think Duncan will be in charge of the stand on the day, but i'll be popping across early on to deliver the banner stand and for a chatter. Hope you all have a great time

PS. make sure you come in the main entrance, ie from the bypass round silvertsone village. Your satnav may try and take you in the old entrance via silverstone village itself. DONT go this way. Its blocked off as we found out last year and fortunatly were able to scrape (literally) the cars through the fence.

I guess by default as I'll be the only Admin on the stand. I'm hoping the ROs will be giving me a hand to sort out the cars etc. (was that subtle enough guys? )
