Default dont wish to offend anyone but.....

after comparing a few pics i find the facelift so much more better looking than the prefacelift, i know other people will have there own opinions and maybe say i think this cos i have a facelift but i really do think vx made a good job of it

Agreed, hence the reason I bought one. Having said that, since being a member on here, the pre-face has grown on me too, and there are some excellent modified examples to be found on here, as the pre-face has been around much longer.......obviously
Also, the pre-face has some better specs and was around before VX started penny pinching and removing stuff to cut costs.....rear electric windows and so on.

I waited for a facelift to appear before I bought a C. The preface is a great car but it just didn't do it for me.

A shame really when you see what toys you get on a well specced pre compared to a f/l, but imo what you lose in toys you gain in looks

I think the pre-facelift stands out more than the facelift. Its visuals give the impression of more aggression and power, whereas the facelift has similar qualities but has gone a bit too soft for me. Still a beautiful car, just not enough attitude!

I like both really, although as someone else has said though I do prefer the spec of the pre-facelifts. If I could, facelift looks with pre everything else!

One thing I don't like about the facelift model though is the SRi wheels. They really seemed to lose the chunky look the pre ones had. Look a lot less mean!

I moved onto my elite facelift after owning & thoroughly enjoying a well equipped pre face

to me the facelift is an improvement in terms of looks & handling

Both have their good points, and even as a prefacelift owner imo she does look dated. However as a prefaclift owner there are extras which Vauxhall removed from the Facelift.
