Renewing My Insurance

Extract from a call I have just completed with an overseas call centre, attempting to renew my car insurance.

"Has anything changed since your proposal form was completed?"
"Nope."

"Do you wish to pay in one lump sum or monthly?"
"One lump sum please."

"Do you have any pets?"
"Huh?"

"Do you have any pets like a cat or a dog?"
"What has that got to do with anything?"

"We are doing special terms for multiple policy purchases today, including pet insurance."
"There's no way I'm going to let the cat drive the car again after what happened last time."

"No no sir, this does not relate to motor insurance."
"I thought that was why I was calling. Would you let a cat drive your car if it had leather seats?"

"We are doing special terms for pet insurance."
"You are aware that my car has a manual gearbox. I think that was why it didn't work out too well last time."

lol ...........yep was offered house and content insurance with mine .
multi policies seems the way to go .....
well they try hard dont they lol.
