Northwest SMD Seller / Fitter

I am thinking about the SMD conversion for my car but this is one thing that I dont know where to start with buying and fitting so does anyone know places to buy and someone to fit but it has to be in the Northwest.

Its the lights in your dashboard and switches etc. At least I hope that is what they are

I will fit bulbs in headlamps etc but this is to fidely and complicated for me plus I havent got the patience any more so I can see stuff being thrown up the yard or being blasted with a hammer.
