who makes the standard vec vxr exhaust, is it a remus system?

whats the crack removing the main cat and center silincer? im assuming more noise than power gains?

why do you pull off the main cat and leave the precat as the other vaux ive owned its always been the other way round. i.e remove the pre cat and run with the main cat for best results

It is a Remus

You will have more noise but don't think you'll get and power gains

Some folk have removed the pre cat but because it's a real ball ache to get at...the other cat gets it!!

thanks for the reply, when i get mine (hopefully start of jan) i think ill remove the precat and leave the main cat in and i have always found this to be the better way, mainly to get the heat out of the turbo a slight bit quicker.

when silencer how much extra noise does it give the vec? as i want something thats quiet on the motorway, does it drown when the silencer is removed or is the noise difference only when booted?
