Default Helo with mirror glass ASAP

Hey guys, my passenger wing mirror glass decided just to fall off yesterday !

The backing plate is still there , if i get one of these stick on replacement glass from the motor factors will it still heat up ?

Or do i need special glass

Looking on Ebay there is flat/convex or aspheric

    Any idea what i need

    Thanks

look for the heated glass mate. i lost one a while back and got one brand new from ebay for about 15 quid. take out the old backing and replace with new backing and glass.

Might be worth a try. The glass fell out of my drivers side but I managed to catch it. I cleaned it and "glued" it back in with some transparent silicone sealent and it works ok demists a treat and seems to be holding ok too.

Mine was all wobbly this morning as i was driving down the m69,but lucky for me my brother was sitting that side and caught the glass before it fell off
I'm happy to stick it back on,but i'm unsure what to use,i'm also wondering if i should just get a whole auto dim glass and backing for the passenger side, even though it won't dim,it might stay in place

Have you got the self dimming mirror on the drivers side ?
do they fall out ? or is it just the normal mirror glass that falls off both sides ?
It looks to me like the drivers side is inside a plactic mould
