2006 3.0 v6 diesel oil?

sorry guys a few silly questions.. what kind of oil should i use and how much would i need.. My local vauxhall dealer has give me 5-30 and has only give me 5L, i asked him if that was enough and he said their is a small sump in them.. is he rite?

Right oil 5w 30 long life super syn. NOT!!! enough 7 > 7.5 litres when changing the oil and filter

For topups I am still on my original bottle

For oil and oil filter replacement you need TWO bottles
As above, the capacity is near enough 8 litres
Equally, you need to watch this for some dealerships as they charge by the litre!

i thought it wasn't enough cause the sister drives a 525d E60 bmw and it holds about 7 and a half litres to. Goin to have to drive back up again today then.. rage
