Default Cost to plug the car in (presumed tech 2)

Just took my vectra to local vaux stealer. He says needs to plug it in, and wants £62.Bejeezus, that seems a whole lot of dough to me. Rings me back an hour later, says they cannot find the fault, and furhter investigation is needed, but that it will be in steps of 1 hour blocks, at £66 an hour? Jeez, is this normal, or have i got a very rude four letter word written across my forehead! I'll name and shame the dealer if you ask me too, no prob. Seems a bit of a laugh to me. It has an electrical problem, but for the 2nd time at a vauxhall dealer, i feel i am being treated very poorly, and still they are saying "we cannot fix the fault", surely these tech 2 machines actually do something for the £66 they charge to plug it in. Im at my witts end here people, am i expecting too much to find a main dealer who can fix a vauxhall car?

Whats the problem you are having mate?

With a bit of an idea of what the problem is, some one might be able to point you in the right direction, or have experienced it already, and might be able to save you some money at the dealers.

From reading various posts on here, the cost for Tech2 sessions varys from place to place.

They have not got a CLUE how to fix this at vauxhall, this is the thrid dealer ive been through, but the problems so bad now, the car has become virtually unusable. If anyone has a clue how to fix it, i really desperatly need help! I just cannot find anyone who can fix these electronic problems, even vaux main deaers are stumped, shouting they "never seen it before".

I already have an OBD reader, but it's showing no faults.I expected the tech 2 machine to find maybe a soft fault, but according to vauxhall it's showing nothing. All the other crap they told me i could of told them already, there was no new information at all for my £60 odd quid. These electrical problems are getting the better of me, mainly because i never had a car go wrong on me before that could not be fixed (i always had nissans and toyotas before), even now i have thrown cash at it, it is still not resolved, vauxhall virtually told me they didn't have a clue.
