There's a different washer bottle that is much larger, it also has a second pump hole for the headlight washers. You could try and wire it in there so no need to make your own hole.

Any motor with the headlight washers - GSi's, VXR's and some SRI's with Xenon/AFL headlights.

Quick question. the heated washer jet socket next to the pollen filter, does it just have 2 pins for the live and earth?

Can anyone see any issues with me powering the heater from there so i can use the rear window de-mist switch. Would the fuses need uprating etc.

Might get the heated jets while at it......

Yeah its just a live and earth.

Not sure what the wiring is rated at but the heater probably draws a fair amount of power.

Would be better of using the switched power to trigger a relay for it wired from the battery.

If its too hot it will crack the screen, can it be set at a low temp? Also if the water freezes would it still be safe to use? U might need to do a few checks using your home freezer
