We have started to have more dealings with them at the garage I work at (Part time).

They seem quite easy to deal with and will cover 100% of the labour costs too which doesnt happen that often.

Only 'problem' we have had which isnt really a problem is when we change the duel mass flywheels under warranty they dont cover the cost of a new clutch so 9 times out of 10 the customer pays for just the clutch parts.

they are about the only decent after market warranty company out there, I had flywheel paid for by them and no problems, have heard serious horror stories of other companies trying all the tricks in the book not to pay out!
I will be signing up with em again when my Insignia gets over the 60k miles, its a no brainer for £25 a month!

    warrantywise?

Seems pretty good, when you go to the site and put all the details in and the quote comes in dont accept it. About 2 days after they will email you with a reduced offer.

For me it was £36 a month, cover everything at main dealer. Although I didn't want MOT cover, and put a voluntary excess of £100 on.

They will cover the clutch bearing and pressure plate but not the friction plate and I think you will find they wont pay a penny for any of the clutch parts if the DMF is at fault because there is nothing wrong with the clutch hence you will need to pay if you want it changed. I have been with them for 3 years, I have just left as the £ 30 a month plus not been able to do the sevicing myself and the betterment payment I have to pay, it would cost £560 a year excluding the betterment payment just to keep the policy running.
OTT in my opinion, and I just had the DMF done on my last car, it would have cost £600 but I had to pay £170 towards it plus 100% of the clutch cost.
If you add it up it cost me £730 for a £600 job.
