    Default How do I get rid of this... (Computer Question)

    Its doing my nut in, every time I go onto a page where there are products for sale this always pops up on the left had side of the screen, how the hell can I get rid of it?

    You need to remove the add on by the looks of it.

    Go to the tools menu and select add-ons

    Un-install shopper reports..

    try tools (top left) followed by toolbars - it maybe in there.

    or try in the add/remove section and un-install it

    as above, Go to Tools/addons from the menu bar at the top and try an remove the add on.I would also recommend anybody using firefox to use the NoScript addon as this blocks all the crap and allows you let in what you want temporarily or permanently.. Stops all the drive by downloads that puts crap in your browser.

    adblock plus is another good un to have

    if it doesn't cure it, try this:

    To remove ShopperReports Toolbar, please follow the instructions:

    Terminate the processes in Task Manager:
    shprrprt18.exe
    shprrprthb.exe
    shprrprthbt.exe
    hbtools.exe
    cml.exe

    Click Start > Run. Type REGSVR32 -u %Dll_name%. Then click OK. Replace %Dll_name% with following:

    Cheers for the input chaps, its all sorted now, I kept looking in the google options rather than the firefox options. Its all gone now and so have the 2 buttons that appear next to the "home" button that I always have to get rid off every time I log in.
