    xmas is coming, what are the best h,i,d,s to get, so many examples on here with so many different watts and Ks thinking of the 8000k or is the 6000k better??? and for wattage what is best?? need to put on my xmas list cheers lads mitch links please if poss

    50w 8000k are the best... i had 50w6000k and thought they were poor..

    First you need to decide best for what? light output? Colour? Looking "cool".
    All depends what you want to achieve. Best light is meant to be 4300 - 5000, after 6000 it tends to be more about colour.

    As stated above 4300 are factory colour pretty much standard in colour apearance but good light output. I have 50w 6000k very white with a slight tint of blue still a very big improvement, 8000 are starting to get a bit on the blue side still a big light output improvement over standard. As everyone say's and will say it's down to personal preference.

    been looking at h.i.d. direct what is the diff between xeon hid conversion and the normal hid conversion?? they are the same price £69.99
