    Default vauxhall antara /chevrolet captiva

    is the vauxhall antara and the chevrolet captiva the same vechile ,just a different badge ? just like a lot of cars out there,same engine,s/running gear /. just paying more or less for different badges.

    yeah, pretty much the same except chevy threw their toys out the pram about the 7 seats which is why the antara only omes in a 5 seat version new version of the antara is out in feb witha 2.2 diesel and 6 speed box - 163 and 187 bhp versions available

    The revised Antara will start at £3k less than the current one, which will knock used values a bit, so I'd be wary of buying a second hand one right now.

    trouble is the disco has turned into a pimp wagon but it the same on the underside as the range sport so your getting a range sport for less cash ...go on landyzone and see what people say about em ......

    Yes but thats for the base spec 2WD version, that shouldn't affect used 4WD versions too much.

    Never understood why car manufacturers make 2WD SUVs. Chocolate teapot comes to mind
