    Default Oh sick .......

    Evening all,

Today was one of those days 2 hours traveling upto metro centre with the Mrs Nephew (age 4), 1 hour sat in traffic getting into the car park, just as the end was neigh there was the reassuring sound of said 4 year old throwing up over the rear bench.

30 mins doing an emergancy clean

5 hours travel, to cover 80 miles and the lovely smell in the car ....

and spent 3 hours tonight ......... the cloth is still stained im about to give up

Im loosing the will to live..... anyone ever recovered a rear bench or is it a full on replacement job ??

yes i know the clips are £8 each already GRRRRRR

    P.s.

I have been using biological washing powder diluted in a spray bottle and a microfibre cloth to lift the excess.

    Any other suggestions ?

Gutted, good thing its not the middle of summer. Pressure wash it and take it inside to dry.

Try 'groom' it's an upholstery cleaner available in the likes of Halfords

Found it quite good in the past for stains

Baking Soda good for getting it out. Spread it on let it soak up any moisture then hoover it. That will get rid of the smell.
