Don't think the insignia uses tech 2 mate, I'm pretty sure they are up to the new version, may be a dealer only thing

A swift removal of the LED behind it will sort the issue. Or even better gaffa tape.

On a serious note, what do mean engine managment light? Car with spanner through it or the engine symbol? If it is the latter it is an emissions issue.

They have had had 5 insignias in last 3 days. When wheels spin in snow it registers with wheel speed system? Causing light, only needs reset and they want £40

Will it not be better to let all the snow go first then reset it as it could be a costly business every time she spins a wheel or three,,,,,
