    Default Frozen washer jets.

Never matters how much i mix 50/50 screen wash they always freeze up just like at the point today when i neded them most!!

So a question to the knowledgeable does any car have a heater element inside the washer pipe or inside the washer jet itself?

The frozen part i suspect is the jet not the pipe do yours freeze or what do you do boiling kettle on the washers? not the windscreen!!

Stuff the 50/50 mix, straight 100% mix for me in the winter. BTW check your screen wash bottle, an awful lot of that "Ready to use" rubbish so by mixing it 50/50 you end up with little or no protection. Screwfix selling 1.5lt bottles of proper concentrated stuff at £1.69 a bottle.

For both heated jets and the loom its about £16 so still cheaper but if your Vauxhall dealer is far away or you dont have time to get to them its not that bad.

I think its Paul (Leeds Vectra) who is selling them. I got quoted £19 from the dealer so the price is pretty good. Also got mine next day where as the dealer it would take a few days.
