Insp 1000 help please

Hi guys got the insp 1000 light on my odometer display popping up every time I start the car just wondering how you reset it as I serviced it in October myself thanks hope you can help

S*** done the wifes Siggy but cannot remember think I got it out of Haynes Manual sorry m8 snow blocking car at moment otherwise I would go have look

There is a way to do it yourself which involves switching the ignition on with your foot on the brake pedal and then switching off holding down the trip reset or something like that. I cant remember how to do i exactly but will try and find out.

Think you hold the trip reset button whilst having the brake pedal pressed down.

1 With the ignition switched off, press and hold in the odometer button;
2 Whilst holding in the odometer button, press and hold the brake pedal;
3 Now, continuing to hold the button and the pedal, switch on the ignition;
4 Hold down the button and pedal until the "INSP" light stops flashing and turns to 3 dashes "---"; and
- Switch off the ignition
