The 120 is the more reliable engine IMHO. Listen for a DMF rattle by depressing the clutch slightly. Should have good acceleration above 2000 rpm. (egr check) Not much really to check....
is it an audible rattle or vibration when the clutch is depressed m8? thanks
the 120ps engine is very reliable, you shouldn have many issues with the
120
i had a vectra 120ps and was very reliable and would have another
anytime.
I had a zafira cdti 120 auto. It was a good car. Its very modern actual. If you choose a manual box its the dual mass flywheel who has been the big problem. But you will find out if its ok or not when you drive this car. If broken it vibrations and noisy.
The autobox have not this big problem because its a more adaptive conection to the gearbox. Auto box is a good gearbox and it tolerate tuning very good (max torque 450 nm)
The 120 engine has the normal egr-problems, but its easy to fix. Dpf can also be little difficult have I hear.
I removed dpf from my car and got a remap. 1,55 bar boost pressure and litle extra diesel and it was a very quick car. Its good to drive and children like this car
Mine was only two seat, because the big taxes in Norway.
