    Not true,

Boiling kettle water may crack it, But warm does not as this is the method i have used for 20 years, go try it.

Warm water is best, I been using that for years, but make sure your wipers are on and you are standing away as the water splashes, and if you dont use your wipers immediately the water freezes up again!

Just had a chat with the customer services and guess what, they use HDNL as the courier, following my experiences with them and their investigation on watchdog, dont expect them to turn up any time soon!

The RAF used to use Pig **** to keep the runways clear in winter and it worked a treat.

In the good old days before health and safety arrived of course

HDNL (yes the ones that were investigated by Watchdog).....they are usually notorious but they come up trumps this time.

To be fair, im more impressed with ECP, I only ordered them on Friday at 2pm and they were here Monday at 11am.
