lol, you will need an app that can read it, iOS, android and such have them and they are normally links to things!!

Yes mate it's like a barcode if you have a iPhone or android phone there's an app available so you can scan barcodes and QR codes ,I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it on Tv so scanned it and it downloaded a festive waitrose app to my phone

Just thought I'd share it as I thought it was a bit mad and I can't believe I'm the only one that did it
