Ice install !!

Hey guys !!

Am in phase of getting my 03 opel vectra ICED .

have plans to retain stock headunit as it is very hard to import dashkit from Europe or UK ( CAN ANYONE HELP ME ON THIS ??

)

List of Equipment going into car are :

Genesis High-Low Convertor
Rainbow SAC 265 Compos - 6.5 inches
Image Dynamics MAX 12 inch Woofer in custom sealed box
Kenwood 9104 D mono block
Kenwood 8404 4 channel amp
Audison Speaker cables ( 45 mts )
Somer RCA with neutrik plugs x 2

I have thought to change the stock head unit with Kenwood X7016 headunit so won't be installing Genesis convertor now ...

And it was very hard and expensive to source dash kit from Europe Or UK , so i thought of making dash frame on my own !!

The Frame will be painted with rest of Grey plastic bits once i finish off the totoal thing !

Looking good! Some of the frames don't fit great so if you make your own, at least you know it's perfect.

so here's a little update from my side !!!

The pannel has been temporarly painted to matt black , it will be repainted with matching grey !

Changed my amps to genesis series III dual mono for fronts & kenwood 9105D mono for Sub !!

its not finished yet though - should be heaps better when smoothed and painted correct colour etc - keep us updated with pics - we love pics!

@spoons friends are pretty happy as the Vectra is a rare car here in India and top of it its loaded with equipment which sounds really really good

@ big sig .. as norther lad said its not finished yet .. i have to prepare the surface and with primer and repaint it !!

TO all there are big big upgrades in my car now !!!

Switched over from

Rainbow SAC to Rainbow germaniums
Switched over from Kenwood Class D monoblock to Digital Design CM1 Class AB Mono

Also note Custom made Somer RCA + Neutrik plugs
