Signum 2.0 dti limp mode/poor accelration please help

hi, I have a 2005 05 signum dti ellite manual. the initial pickup is fine but after driving only few hundreds yards the car will go to the limp mode. Very poor or no acceleration. Any advice? Thanks in advance

Could be loads of things eg: boost sensor,EGR,Boost hoses mightbe best to read fault codes

its most likely one or all of the above.
i have the same car, lovely motor for size, extras, leather etc but nothing but trouble since i got it.
its in the garage now having just had the EGR done but still throwing up code P0400. now the stealers are telling me i need a new ECU and another £500.

its a joke, wish i never ever brought the ****** thing.
getting ready for a ruck with the stealers tomorrow and then off to by a Honda.
