Help with the speedo clocks keep not working

Ive posted this one before when im driving the work in the morning my speedo clocks all stop working they just all go off if i turn the car off then back on again they all come back but only for a moment then they all go again but but i was cleaning the snow off today and noticed when the clocks when my side lights came on and they was off in the car


ive cleaned the abs plug thingy under the hood and changed the fuse in number 17 and help on this what else i can do
