common knocking noises on vectra c

hi guys i have a weired knocking noise on the car i cant tell if its front or rear i have changed upper control arms on the rear noise still there

anti roll bar bushes?
shocks?

first of all tho check your boot catch/latch ive been told its common on the vectra to knock when driving it might look shut,

surely the display on the dash will say this is open ??

no mate im sure it feels closed and the display says its closed but there is still movement ive got trouble with mine at the min i close it and its done close right i have to slam it, easy to fix, open the boot and were the catch is on the body of the car there is 2 torx screws undo them and drop the latch 1-2mm and it should sort it, if its not the boot i would say arb bushes
