are 2007 CDTI SRI 150s prone to Swirl Pot issue

Hi All

Thinking about buying an 07 CDTi SRI 150 XP in black. Should I be concerned about this switl pot problem or was this sorted by the 07 model?

As far as I know it was sorted for the 57 plates, not sure about 07. May come down to when in 07.

It affects them all, however word is filtering out about a revised manifold with metal actuators that supposedly help in the problem but it does seem that it is inherent that the design is flawed.

I am not 100% sure of the date this modified manifold came in as it might even be later than the current car production
