    Default Front bumper- popping off!

A little job (well hopefully) i want to sort out. the corner (top) of front bumper drivers side is away from the bodywork. you can nearly see the slots at the top of the bumper, but when you push it in it feels like its not clipping onto something properly and just springs back out. Ive taken the 2 wheel arch screws out thinking i could clip bumper back on then re-fit screws, but made no difference! Any ideas?

When you undo the screws in the wheel arch, you need to push the bit in where the top screw is. There is a sliding bracket that locks the side of the bumper in when you do up the top screw in the wheel arch, but you need to push the bracket forward when you undo the screw. Once you've done this, push the part of the bumper in that's sticking out, and do the screw up again. If you take the bumper off you'll see what I mean. I had this after removing my bumper, the top sides by the headlights were sticking out. It's all fine once you know how it all fits together

What clips? Where are they located? so something should clip into slots? If they are broke, can they be replaced?

There are no clips on the bumper on the facelift, only underneath to hold the undertray in place. The bit that pulls the top of the bumper in either side is a sliding bracket.

So it might be worth taking the inner arch out to see the slider?

Right, just been out to have a quick look (its cold!) and the top arch screw is not doing anything (it moves side to side when you push the bumper in!) and looks like a cheap plastic plug screw, different to the others, so if i get the correct screw it should be ok?
