    Default Is it possible to turn of the cold weather warning

    Guys is it possible to remove the daft warning i get whenever i get in the car and its cold outdside? This really does my head in! Its not like i need a warning telling me its cold outside and the roads might by slippery!!

    Everytime i get into the car this week i have to press ok to get rid of this message! ARRGH! lol

    its a tech2 option somewhere, called 'Ice Warning' , think its under the DIS ecu settings

    hmmmm I just get a little snowflake beside the temp. no actual message on screen.

    But what if you're driving and the outside temperature drops? Not so daft a warning then is it.

    yup, I totally agree. Last year I was driving back from Aberdeen and when I left it was +4 and it dropped to -5 without me noticing and I narrowly avoided an accident when we discovered the road was like an ice rink.
