    Default key fob battery replacement

    hi, is there a how 2 on the procedure. or can someone tell me i have the black remote key fob with two buttons ,where the key slips out. whats the procedure when renewing the battery ,to keep it programmed. on my old astra you renewed the battery ,put the key in the ignition ,turned it on and pressed one of the buttons ,job done. thanks for any info.

    i just changed the battery

    fortunately one job thats cheap to do on the Vec

    Yep the procedure is the same as for your old Astra,as i found out tother day with mine.

    I find RTFM helps

    After replacing batteries,

    synchronise remote control:

    unlock door using key in lock, then insert key into ignition.
