the picture was on photo bucket and now gone ...but this might help as the op was struggling to find the lever .
    Update lads!!

Well, there was certainly nothing resembling the very clear and well thought out lever on the oem lights!

I found the little ****** away on the dipped beam enclosure.. basically a piece of coat hanger with a curled end! Was real awkward too because, when I went to drop the bumper for a good look see I saw the guy who done a few repairs and fitted a new bumper a while back decided it was too much bother getting the black vx push fasteners for where the bumper comes up to the front panel, so stuck a few dirty great metal rivets through the two!

Finally figured out that it worked kinda like a safety pin to move it..ie: push it in a bit to release then move up or down til it catches in position for lhd or rhd

The yellow instruction stickers were there, but I found them very unhelpful, and only really understood the line diagram after I had sussed what the setup was by meself, also (and I must just double check) the advised postion for lhd/rhd were in reality the other way around!

Anyway, got it sorted, and a friend of a friend aligned them for me tonight with the right gear.. hope she passes the mot in the mornin now!

So, if anyone with these depo, Ultimate Styling lights needs to adjust the directionality the lever is in on the side of the dipped beam metal casing and it will feel like a bit of coat hanger!
    Thanks!
