tailgate lights not working

hi just noticed my tail lights aren't working had a look at the manual says nothing under there about being a fuse unless its linked with something else or it could be just the bulbs any ideas?? car is a vectra c v6 cdti

what of the lights arnt working? checked bulbs? fuses in the rear electriccenter?

Also check the plugs of the wirings.

Tail lights on passenger side not working but bulbs OK

Have something similar, taillights on passenger side are not working (reversing and rearlight). Vx has once changed wiring loom which made the passenger side brighter than the driver side. Over time they got dimmer and dimmer, now they both cause the warning about bulbs to come up all the time. Nothing wrong with the bulbs themselves...

Anyone seen something similar? Where could the fault be?

I had the same problem mine turned out to be the multi plug had come lose, just pushed it back and the problem solved

You mean you also had problems on one side of the tailgate? If so, where can I find that multi plug...perhaps silly question but I'd like to fix it if possible so any instructions as to where and how, then yes please!

did you sort this out as my warning light for bulb has come on but none of the bulbs have blown. Im sure theres a light out on both sides

hi pitsmoor21 i had the bulb light come on the dashboard it means one bulb is on its way out but also when its really cold the bulb light comes on.
but i have not seen the bulb light on the dashboard for a while now must be the weather.

im certain that 3 is now acting as brake light aswell and number 2 isnt working at all very strange lol i took the brake fuse out earlier and when i started the car i got engine management light on which i read as
2103 antenna not connected
1565 door ajar circuit short to battery
0170 fuel trim malfuntion
0671 cruise control/brake switch a circuit malfuntion

now theres only the 0671 what would make sense to me but the others hopefully are old codes

check the main lights on the back
i had this problem the red lights would be on either side of the car
but 1 was not lit up under the red light
i hope this makes sence
