split intercolour pipe or boost pipe happened to my dads 2.2
surely i would get a fault light with a split hose and the power feels dead on
no my dads didnt just a loud whistle all the way up the revs
I would go with the split hose theory and you would,nt always get a fault code .
get some to rev the engine for you and go round checking the hoses in turn by restricting the airflow in them should be then able to pinpoint problem
Driving vauxhall,s for 30 + years
and still loving it
cheers lads i will get my 6year old son to rev it he loves reving it up
make shore he dont put it in gear lol
