Suspension squeak nock help please

Hi guy yet Another problem with my signum stRtin to wonder if it's the car for me lol I have a problem with my suspension now at the front when I go over a pothole speed bump etc I have a loud squeaky crunch sound looked at springs look ok but can't figure out what it is has any one had the same problem an no what it is car is standard not lowered 04 2l turbo thanks again guys in advance I'd be lost *without this site lol*

drop link's long skinny bar runs from anti roll bar to suspension leg vertically the ball joints go you have to jack up to feel movement, (sounds like the wheel will fall off) or find some one that knows what it sounds like and get them to listen they are not very expensive and easy to change

Sounds more like anti roll bar bushes to me as apposed to drop links, they are a couple of quid each from the stealers. As you have to take the drop links off to get to them - i'd say you might as well change them at the same time, I got some recently from ebay at about £10 each delivered. there is a How2 on here for replacing both. HTH.

im having the same problem and i replaced the drop links acouple of weeks ago and its still there.

Thanks for the advise guys so you think it's the anti roll bar Bush then I'm only askin cuz Vauxhall want £150 a side to sort it an they won't tell me what the fult is so tryin to sort myself

Mate from your description I have the smae thing. I am having my front springs changed AGAIN right now

O sorry to here it mate so is that the fult then the springs if so how much has that cost you if you don't mind my asking iv had a look at them an they seam ok also forgot to mention it dosent do it all the time as I have speed bumps on my road some days the sound is there an then not but at the mo with the cold an wet it seams to be there all the time.

I have read on here before that a little smear of grease near the bushes will allow the grease to get in there and quieten them down a bit...
