    Default Items sold on ebay

Has anyone had any experience with non paying buyers on ebay ?

I sold my CD70 and GID screen a few days ago so bought my new set up awaiting the funds to dampen the impact of the new purchase.I have tried all methods of contact and have had no response payment zilch.Tried the buyer information and phoned the number provided but nothing all the emails to jedimaster757575@hotmail.com just bounce back and fail. I am a little naffed as I have been charged £23 final selling and listing fees. I don't want to relist as I am then out of pocket again.

Anyone know how to resolve this.

Go through ebays resolution centre by registering them as a non paying bidder. You will get the final selling fees back.

and to the best of my knowledge, you will also be allowed to relist free of charge (listing fee will not be refunded).

did the buyer have lots of good feedback from lots of different sellers? So long as you haven't sent it etc you will be fine.. I had some guy buy some stuff off me, took him ages to sort it, he seemed to think that just by winning the auction he would automatically be sent the item and somehow it will be paid for without any further action from him.

I think you need to give the deal a certain period of time before ebay will step in and take a look at the case, however you may well have go down this path. good luck.

as above, log an unpaid claim, wait, then close the case, then re-list. I had to do this last week with a time-waster, I am hoping a non-payment will be logged on the "buyers" feedback, whether one will...

Also, if you had other bidders you can make the next highest bidder a second chance offer, ie he gets offered it at the price he/she bid. Not ideal but better than nothing.

We do over a thousands of transactions on ebay at work. I would not worry about it for a week or so. Some people only seem to check ebay on a weekend or so forth!
