Those who have their copy of GT5 already what do you think of it??
I'm still a bit unsure of it, It's quite confusing to play with only a few cars available to buy at the start, and so far all of the cars I've used have sounded the same..![]()

i should get mine thro the post 2morro!!!!!!!!!! can u still tune the cars the same way?
Umm, very confusing when you first switch it on. Still cant get online, may be different after 12, well thats now. It constantly crashes my PS3 every time I open an online lobby.
The tracks are a carbon copy of PS2 GT's so thats good as I know them pitch perfect although grip levals differ a bit and the scenary has more detail.
The cars feel very dull entering corners but I've been playing F1 so thats to be expected and it didnt take long for the feel to come my way.
For me this has always been the perfect single player game as it was so vast but you could cheat a little by buying supercars when you had enough cash, but this time you need cash and XP so that makes it a bit more of a chalange so could disapoint the none GT players.
A spec is the benchmark and one thing that made it was the soundtrack and so far GT5 doesnt cut the mustard in that department.
On a side not I once borrowed an Xbox many moons ago and the one thing i loved was that you could play you personal music within the game, something you cant with the PS3, a trick they could definitely do with.
TBH the game is coming to me now but I cant justify the hours I used to spend on GT 1 2 3 and 4. Lets hope you can save the game during the 24 hour races as I don't fancy leaving it on pause for hours on end as that was a very big downfall of the last endurance races.
Anyone who bought GT1 all those years ago will remember you got a booklet on weight shift and other race craft technicalities. That info has stood me in good stead over the years and something they should have put in all the games.
I couldn't tell you, my package come through today minus the game, but wrapped in a plastic bag from royal mail saying sorry its been damaged!
Thieving gits, the package was ripped open from the top! I have eo wit now! Not happy.
