how to add images to post,

As per title i've tried to post and add an image from my pictures but it asks for a http/ ?
Give me a clue please, i had no probs before

i use photobucket, just set up an account add ur pictures then copy the img code then paste in ur post mate

Use the Image Uploader tab in the Navbar, (It's the 2nd tab from the search tab).. I normally right click on it and open in a new browser tab.
