rear anti roll bar....help please...

so the car is jacked up on one side, the wheel is off, the bolt that holds the... brindle, bradle () whatever its called, is nearly out.

can I remove the bolt?

will it go ping...?

what shall I do next - thanks.

I had both sides up on axle stands, the bolt just comes out, no pinging. I had to force the strap off the bush with a flat blade screwdriver.
Not to sure if it'll be the same with only one side up.

Try lifting the strap with a screwdriver to see if there's and pressure on the bolt.
