20'000 mile service

HI,can any one tell me what should be done and changed for a 20000 mile service and what kind of oil I should be putting in my 2.2 direct sri (07)

Depends on the mileage and previous service history but 5/30w oil, oil filter, air filter, pollen filter, check brakes, maybe even fuel filter change and brake fluid change.

Oil change and pollen filter i think as they didn't change my air filter untill 4yrs or 40k

2007, a brake fluid change will be due
As above, it does depend on what the service history is like, however assuming it is every year this will be the cars third service

NAtional tyres are doing a oil change for £39,anyone know if this deal is ok think they are using castrol 0-30w oil.
