Default Door Mirror aims down in reverse

A friend of mine has a 07 Vectra, think its a Design, when he puts it into reverse the door mirrors automatically aim towards the floor to aid parking, is this just a Tech2 thing or is it something else?

Its a feature on some cars, don't quote me but I think I saw someone on here say its linked to factory leather seat option but I may be wrong.

Edit; or was it electric memory leather seats?

Did a search and found this.

The Reverse Assist mirror 'may' be able to be retro fitted Dazza, although the brochure lists it as an option only available with the multi-contour drivers seat option. Don't know if that's just marketing or some technical reason!
