Brilliant!!!!! That'll teach the guy to block someone's garage!!!! £2000 fine and a 12 month ban seems harsh for someone whoz had to put up with his garage being blocked on a day to day basis over the last 20 years. You get less for Robbery in this country, the legal system here is a sham.

It must have been a spur of the moment thing.. and tipped the old timer over the edge. Probably not the best course of action, but £2k fine and years ban was excessive IMO.

He should have clamped the car, then demaned a fee to release it! I am sure a couple of local chaps down the pub would have helped him out!

I bet he has never so much as broken the speed limit in the past, and there are people out on the roads who are nothing more than outright dangerous.

typical ethnic minorities blocking the way looks like a bunch of abduls - time the immigration policy here paled Australias into submission.
Probably been to the social for a handout, old guy still grafting into his 80's - makes you vomit
