2002 2.2 query

good evening peeps i have a serious issuse lol

i'm in the process of buying a 2.2 sri vec c 2002 model and its cheap because of a vibrating problem

now some say its the dmf , but i have this feeling it doesn't have one cause it should be a z22se with a f23 box am i right ?

if so what do we reckon the problem could be vibration whilst driving very faint there was no rattles or noises when started from stone cold but this vibrating doesn't change pitch its just there, the guy who owns it now thought the tyres were to blame as they were low on tread but new tyres haven't made any difference and if he ahdent pointed it out to start i would of probably not worried about it straight away thats how faint it is but it is there

dont buy it if its the clutch in anyway as these can and will be pretty expensive to replace

I suppose it could be something simple like an engine mount ?
