Vectra 2.0dti 16" Tyres?

Standard size: 215/55H16

I'm after a set of 4 tyres for the veccy 2.0 dti, I'm after a mile-muncher, fuel-saver, good-breaker and money-saver.

Anyone got any recommendations?

I have a nasty feeling i could be looking at £300 for a set but i really wouldnt like to go any higher than this

I have these on my motor,cant be faulted for the price...quite with decent grip and wear well.

I searched this forum for tyre advice and a few of the people recomended these Neuton NT5000's. I've bought a couple (arrived next day), it's too early to comment on longevity but they do seem to grip well so far.

I liked the look of teh ones macdad suggested but those neutons look like they take some beating so i'll likely grab a set of those!

i have a set of astra 58 reg alloys 16" 5 stud with good tred. and a set of vectra c sri 17" alloys the smooth ones without the little bit in the corners with ok tred if your intrested i also got a pair 0f 16" tyes for vectra c in good condition

Sorry lads, although i use part worns on my bike i want new tyres on the car simply so i can bung them on and forget about them so to speak.

And i have little use for an additional set of alloys so it'd just take up space im afraid!

I've just noticed i have triangle talons on the front wheels which so far have been nice tyres although i dont push hard, and they have a wear rating of 440 which is good!

But i noticed the tyres sizes are 205/55/16 so i'll look to put wider shoes on next time.

I've just replaced the 2 rear original Bridgestone Turanza ER30's on mine at 61,680

Yes these tires aren't cheap but I picked up some Turanza ER300's for £228 fitted from Costco.

Excellent in all driving conditions.
