have a 'search' using the search button for egr blanking . People have had varying levels of success with full and partial blanking of it.
Plasma's Tech2 services are now open and able to provide services

A few members have blanked them off, but one or two have had trouble when the EGR gases burned a hole in the plate - allowing debris to enter the engine.

I have both the Fiat gaskets on mine and can't say I notice anything different. All they do is limit direct the flow of the gases properly so they don't clog up the manifold as much.

If you have a cdti its worth doing, I have noticed a difference with the turbo spooling earlier & no issues with a gunked up egr or manifold .
