    Default carbon defussser

as i am in the process of getting a new bumper with xp spoiler i also need a vxr defusser, the one i have on is colour coded, but was thinking of covering this one in carbon film.2 questions: would it cover ok as the defusser is not a flat surface,2:do you think that the carbon would stand the test of time ??????
