Exhaust pipe expander tool to loan on south coast?

Grasping at straws here but I need to borrow a pipe expander tool to do some exhaust mods this weekend. I know i can buy one and have it delivered but i seem unable to get a reasonably priced one delivered in time. I cannot find any shops in the south that sell them at ebay prices..

So, in short, does anybody on the central south coast have one I can borrow for a day please?
